With having coaches and mentors my entire life, I knew this was something that I wanted to talk about. No matter where you are in life, a mentor or coach can play a huge role in helping you to reflect and transform. The questions that I now ask myself and my children have helped to enhance my outlook on life. As you start on this path of personal growth, you start to recognize that there’s this depth to life that I want to share with each and every one of you!
Having a mentor or coach in your corner could really help you with goal setting. I love setting and accomplishing baby goals! Now, don’t get me wrong, it’s incredible to have these big life goals, but breaking down that dream into baby goals will help it become more attainable for you.
By working the big dream backward, you start to set up your baby goals in a SMART way.
S = SPECIFIC: Create clear, concise goals
M = MEASURABLE: The ability to track your progress
