Does your voice go up an octave when your doctor asks if you've been doing your Kegels?

You know... right after you hesitate to answer and a high pitched, "Ya!" comes out because you have no idea if you are doing them correctly or not.

Well, you won't have to worry about that anymore. In fact, the next time your doctor asks, you are going to respond with a confident, "No, I'm properly activating my pelvic floor."

The way a kegel is taught is to stop your flow of urine when you're going to the bathroom, but this practice can actually build up bacteria thus leading to UTIs.

And that is NOT the train you want to be on. Trust me, I've been there!

That's why I feel empowered to teach women how to properly activate their pelvic floor because there's more to it than the way a Kegel is being taught.

Literally... the size itself goes from sitz bone to sitz bone and pubic bone to anus.

In this short episode, I'm talking to you about:

  • Why Kegels are old news (and not to mention ineffective).
  • Retraining the way you think about Kegels.
  • How to breathe into your pelvic floor to activate it correctly.

My business revolves around the pelvic floor, so if you want to learn more about it download my free pelvic floor PDF >>HERE<<. It has everything you need to know for you to start getting comfortable with your pelvic floor.
