I’ve always had this interest in the human body. How it moved, how it functioned, how it was all connected…

This interest sparked my passion for movement. It led me to receive my B.Sc. in Health and Human Performance, become a certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer and nutrition coach. It took me out to California where I studied STOTT Pilates, met my husband and started my family. It’s allowed me to be showcased in publications such as:

Overall, it has connected me with thousands of women all over the world who share this same desire to move their bodies in a healing + effective way.

For almost two decades now, I have made it my mission to help women feel their absolute best throughout every stage of womanhood. As my following continued to grow, I became not only an expert in prenatal + postpartum fitness but also in the field of women’s health.

I’ve had the privilege of helping women heal their bodies through my unique movement + wellness practices as they have created healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Together we are going against the standard of what's being taught in the fitness industry and proving that when we’re able to step outside of our comfort zone, magic happens!
