Introducing Core Studio: Your Questions Answered

I am just as excited as many of you are for the launch of Core Studio! I recently jumped on Facebook to answer some questions so please take a look if you have any!

Here are a few of the most common questions I have been getting: 


Core Studio is a fitness membership designed to revolutionize your training experience. Many believe that the only way to achieve their fitness goals is through high-intensity cardio or strength workouts that leave them feeling exhausted + depleted. In reality, the key to success is consistency and working out smarter, not harder!

I designed Core Studio to show you how you can do exactly this! The majority of the workouts in the membership are only 10 minutes long.  Please don’t think that because these workouts are only 10 minutes long that they are in some way less effective. While you will have flow and release workouts in your library, the majority of the workouts incorporate interval training, cardio + strength movements that are safe, effective and have been proven to yield amazing results!


No. Core Studio is designed for those who are not pregnant or newly postpartum.

If you are pregnant, join my Knocked-Up Fitness® membership. It is designed specifically for the pregnant woman and is full of tutorials, workouts, nutrition information, recipes, meal plans, my Push Prep Method designed to help ease your labor + delivery process and SO much more!

If you are newly postpartum, I highly recommend going through my Core Rehab program before joining Core Studio. Core Rehab focuses on healing your body one phase at a time and helps you build a strong foundation so you can complete your Core Studio workouts without worrying about back pain, neck pain, diastasis recti, incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction and more!

Core Studio will only be open from Sunday, November 17th - Wednesday, November 20th! After Wednesday, Core Studio will close and will not launch again until early 2020. If you haven't signed up for the waitlist yet, make sure you do so today so you don't miss any important announcements!
