Yes! I have put together a 2-week Jump Start series that I highly recommend everyone follow during their first two weeks in the membership. After your initial two weeks, you have two options:
YES! Your membership includes access to the Core Studio app! Which gives you the ability to download workouts direct to your app on your phone, so no need to worry if you don't have good internet access.
Be sure your physician has approved your for exercise before beginning an exercise program.
