Stop Fighting Your Body

core connections mindfulness Feb 18, 2020

Ladies, I want to warn you, I'm about to get a little woo woo in this episode.

But don't let that scare you! Because this is a conversation that you need to hear.

Because we all have stuff going on with our bodies, right?

  • Painful periods
  • Migraines
  • Back pain
  • Autoimmune disease

In this episode, you are going to learn how you can transform the way you look at + deal with your body ailments. Because only you can choose to view them negatively or in a way that is positive for your body and mind.

I have a three-step process that I walk you through to stop negatively fighting with your body...

1. AWARENESS: Becoming aware of what your body is trying to tell you.

2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Acknowledging your body through conversation.

3. THANKING: Thank your body for all that it's gone through.

Implementing these three steps into your thought process will allow you to notice a change in your daily habits and thoughts.

  • By knowing to unlock your knees when your low back starts to hurt.
  • By recognizing that your stress is causing your exhaustion.
  • By noticing what foods are making your face breakout.

Your body is always trying to tell you something. I want to empower you to not only listen to your body when it's trying to speak to you but to start having conversations with your body to better understand what it needs from you.

Hey, I warned you I get a little woo woo! So don't wait another second and click >>HERE<< to tune in.
