After working with thousands of women inside Core Rehab, I have found that it's common for women to squat incorrectly and in a way that's causing pain and dysfunction in their bodies.

In this video, I’ll explain 3 common techniques to enhance the way you do squats. They are:

  1. Stance: Hips, knees, and feet are in alignment
  2. Tucking Booty: This is a BIG NO-NO for squats and proper pelvic floor connection
  3. Overarched: Just like tucking your booty, make sure to not overarch in your low back
