Foam rolling is a game-changer to your workouts, don't you agree?
Who would have thought that us rolling around on some foam or a squishy ball would be so effective for your body?
*Rolling around lengthened + connected of course!
These types of movement releases are great for waking up stuck areas of the body, reducing soreness and even detoxing.
Fat cells in our bodies absorb toxins, so as you begin to release these toxins from your cells, the only way to get them out is through sweating or going to the bathroom.
This is where making sure that you are staying hydrated comes into play!
In addition to drinking plenty of water, I also recommend incorporating green juice, watermelon juice or additional electrolytes each day to help improve your hydration.
Make sure you work your way into the foam rolling and small ball release exercises. These are great for releasing toxins, but doing too much too soon can make you feel nauseous. Start slow and work your way into more!
