In fact, no amount of Kegels will improve your pelvic floor function.
Let me be real: As soon as people think about their pelvic floor, they think of it as the size of a quarter.

So bring awareness to your pelvic floor by:
- Noticing where the imbalances are
- If there’s tightness on one side versus the other
- If you still can’t feel how big it actually is
Why? Because it will open up so many more possibilities for your body.
