If you've been told to do Kegels to strengthen your pelvic floor, it's because that's the old-school way of teaching that hasn't been updated in women's health.

*I'm here to stop that right now.* 

In fact, no amount of Kegels will improve your pelvic floor function.

Let me be real: As soon as people think about their pelvic floor, they think of it as the size of a quarter.

Regardless of how you've strengthened your pelvic floor in the past, it's never too late to begin healing your body.

  • Whether it's incontinence.
  • Whether it's diastasis recti.
  • Whether it's back pain.

By learning how it all works together *starting at your pelvic floor* you are able to become stronger and more empowered in the functionality of your body.

So bring awareness to your pelvic floor by:

  • Noticing where the imbalances are
  • If there’s tightness on one side versus the other
  • If you still can’t feel how big it actually is

Why? Because it will open up so many more possibilities for your body.

So, take this advice to heart: You're right where you're supposed to be.

And when you begin to feel connections forming in your body, remember this moment.
