  1. Stop Doing Kegels: can cause pelvic floor imbalance
  2. Release and Relax: practice through your pelvis and pelvic floor
  3. Pelvic Positioning: bring awareness if your body is cheating
  4. Sucking Belly to Spine: instead, lengthen tall through the top of your head
