How Long Will It Take to Get Postpartum Results?

mindfulness Apr 09, 2021

When I launched Core Rehab 5 years ago, I knew the power that the program had to change women's lives if they gave it the time to do so…

I soon realized that I was fighting a battle with these mamas wanting results *like yesterday*.

Even if it meant for them to force their body to do something that it's not ready to do.

>>They are more interested in the end result rather than the journey to get there.<<

Can you relate?

  • Are you struggling with your postpartum recovery?
  • Have you wondered how long it will take you to get your body back after having a baby?
  • Do you wish you had a magic pill to heal your body?

You are not alone.

But by taking a step back and showing up consistently, my students have created a whole new relationship with their bodies while getting the results they've been longing for.

>>They made their movement practice a priority and committed to the journey of healing your body.<<

I may not have a magic pill, but I can help you become stronger than before you ever had kids! But now let's answer the million-dollar question: how long will it take to get results?

If you were to follow the Core Rehab daily workout schedule to a T, it will take you 16 weeks to get you through all six phases.

BUT what I always have to say is it’s not about rushing through the workouts and tutorials.

This has prevented so many women from reaching their full potential in the program.

At a minimum, I believe that it takes 6-months to see an amazing transformation in your body.

But first, you have to get out of the mindset that if you don't get results in 12-weeks then you're not going to do it. Because who said you won’t get results in 12 weeks?

Right away, women begin to experience:

  • Decrease in back pain (or it's completely gone!)
  • Feeling deeper connections in their body
  • Improved posture
  • Better quality breathing
  • Body awareness

>>So many times women get fixated on the surface level of their body when they need to address what is going on internally.<<

It comes back to how committed are you to yourself and how bad you want to feel really good.

If you don't address your pain and dysfunction now it will only get worse in the future.

And I don't want that for you!

Once you make healing your body a priority, then you can let go of asking the question of “how long is it going to take to get results".

Recognize that this is a journey that you're on and I can't wait to see what you’re going to discover about your body.

If you are feeling like you need a little help understanding how everything in the body is connected, I've got you!

I created a FREE Pelvic Floor Guide that will take you step by step through the process of how to properly activate your pelvic floor and give you my tips on how it can help heal your body.
