My Core Studio Membership is designed for those who are looking for Pilates-infused workouts to help tone, strengthen + lengthen their bodies. The majority of the workouts in Core Studio are between 10-12 minutes in length to help accommodate your busy schedule and keep you consistent with your daily movement practice.
Now, just because these workouts are shorter, does not mean they are less effective. It’s all about working out SMARTER, not HARDER! If you’re feeling great and want to do more, you can absolutely do more! You have an entire library of workouts so feel free to build your own workout adventure.
