Grab your mat, Ladies, because I’m about to guide you through a Pilates HIIT workout!
If you are ready for some interval training that will get your heart rate up, tone your entire body and leave you feeling energized and strong, then this is the workout for you.
*But let’s be honest…my HIIT workouts are a little different than how they are being taught in mainstream fitness.*
Are we surprised?!
It's not about how many reps you can get done within a certain amount of time, it's still about moving in a connected way!
Here are the five moves I take you through going 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest for two rounds:
1. Plié Squats with Arm Raises
2. Modified Pushups
3. Single-Leg Step-Ups (R)
4. Single-Leg Step-Ups (L)
5. Modified Pike to Plank
