The energy of the New Year is here once again! 

Thank goodness 2020 is about to be behind us am I right?!

It’s time to check back in with your priorities, get realigned with your values and visualize what you want for yourself and your health this upcoming year.

Our whole lives we have been told that working out longer and harder is how we're going to transform our bodies.

But to be honest, you leave the gym feeling depleted and it could be what's holding you back from getting results. So I knew this mindset had to change!

In this booty burn workout, I’m going to take you some of my favorite lower-body moves to strengthen your hips and tone your legs all while keeping pain out of your low back. 

When you get through this workout, there's no doubt you're going to want to come back and move your body tomorrow on the 1st of the year!

My hope for this movement practice is to inspire you that exercise doesn't have to be fancy or take up hours of your day. With a consistent routine, I am confident that you will transform the way you think of fitness with my unique training style!
