Having initially joined as a participant, I was drawn to the program by its promise of a holistic approach to fitness, one that prioritizes the often-overlooked aspects of fascia and core strength. What I discovered exceeded my expectations. The program seamlessly blends cutting-edge research with practical exercises, creating a comprehensive curriculum that not only enhances physical strength but also fosters a deeper connection between mind and body.

Through my journey as a participant, I experienced firsthand the transformative power of this program. I witnessed improvements in my posture, reduced pain, and regained overall mobility that I had previously thought unattainable after having kids. Most notably, this program of instruction healed my diastasis recti and corrected decades of low back pain.  But perhaps more importantly, I discovered a newfound sense of confidence and empowerment in my own body.

Now, after enrolling in the instructor program, I understand the why and how behind what makes the Core Athletica Rehab program so amazing. What sets this program apart is its continued commitment to making a difference in the lives of its participants. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or someone new to fitness, the program meets you where you are and guides you through improvement of brain body connections.

As someone who has experienced the entire program - from engaged participant to changing careers and becoming a certified personal trainer to now taking the Core Athletica Rehab instructor program - I can confidently attest to its profound impact on both personal fitness journeys and professional development. This program offers a unique approach to fascia and core training that has the potential to revolutionize the way individuals perceive and engage with their bodies.

The Core Athletica course is full of so many scientifically proven principles that are not out in mainstream fitness or sports training/rehab and they need to be. What I learned in these courses has completely changed how I not only move my own body, but how I train my clients/athletes and rehabilitate my patients. Fully understanding and utilizing the fascia and breath is a game changer and everyone needs to better understand this. You will come away from this course with a whole new outlook on how the human body moves and how to make it more functional, while creating programs that are more effective to make your clients stronger and able to live an active, pain free life. I think every Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Coach, and even all Healthcare Providers should take this course. This information needs to be spread. It would change how we move and decrease our day to day aches and pains.
