What is The Core Athletica® Rehab Course Level 1?

Level 1 is over 25 hours of course work including; educational videos, movement videos, reading material, live group calls, and physical movement practice.

  • Level 1 is split into 6-weeks of education. You'll get access to week 1 content as soon as you register and week 2 on January 5th, then weekly thereafter.
  • Enjoy 4 BONUS live group coaching calls with both Erica and Jen. They will be recorded but we recommend trying your hardest to attend live so you can be part of the conversations & ask your questions.
  • There are 6 quizzes throughout the course you'll be required to take in order to earn your CEC's.
  • You will have access to the online content for 6-months from time of purchase.

Level 1 is a foundation course designed to enhance your current training and learn how to begin teaching your private and small group clients the basics and foundations of Erica's Core [Athletica] Rehab methods.

Level 2 and 3 will go deeper into Core [Athletica] Rehab methods along with much more programming, class templates, and case studies. Level 2 will be coming later 2024 and Level 3 in 2025.

This course is based highly on research; lots and lots of research! Learn about fascia, fascial lines, how to activate fascia, and improve fascia's function.

Pelvis + Pelvic Floor

Anatomy, function and dysfunction, including pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, pain, and more! Plus research and how breathing impacts pelvic floor function. AND yes, men have a pelvic floor as well!


The site of pain is rarely the cause of the pain. Learn how fascia plays a role in dealing with pain and how you can help your clients in prevention of + moving them out of pain.


Understand guidelines to recognize postural imbalances and how to help clients improve their posture to help prevent + move them out of pain.

Deep Core Anatomy

Review and learn about anatomy as it relates to the deep core fascia, along with postural changes.

Power of Breath

How breath plays a role in deep core function, releasing tension in the body, it's connection with the nervous system, and common poor breathing patterns you can learn to recognize by movement patterns.

Diastasis Recti

Learn how to recognize if a client has diastasis recti and how to begin healing. What coning of the belly is and how diastasis recti is connected with the pelvic floor and fascia of the body. AND yes, men can have this too! 

Appropriate Exercise

Is running causing more harm than good right now? We'll go over specific guidelines to begin understanding which exercises and modifications are best for individuals dealing with specific aches and pains, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, and more.

Deep Core Movements + Variations

Learn in detail how to cue each movement + modifications for each, so that each movement can be tailored for the individual. This also Includes pelvic floor, breathing, and fascia instructions.
