Level 1 is over 25 hours of course work including; educational videos, movement videos, reading material, live group calls, and physical movement practice.

• Enjoy 2 BONUS live group coaching calls with both Erica and Jen. They will be recorded but we recommend trying your hardest to attend live so you can be part of the conversations & ask your questions.
• There are 6 quizzes throughout the course you'll be required to take in order to earn your CEC's.
• You will have access to the online content for 6-months from time of purchase.

Level 1 is a foundation course designed to enhance your current training and learn how to begin teaching your private and small group clients the basics and foundations of Erica's Core [Athletica] Rehab methods.

• CEC's available from NASM, AFAA, NPCP (you can also submit for your own CEC's to your certification organization)
