What to Expect After Tongue-Tie Release

Friend, have you ever found yourself tongue-tied?

My whole life I have been dealing with my tongue being tied but more from a physical health perspective and not a metaphorical perspective.

A couple of weeks ago, I had my tongue-tie released after a better understanding of how it affects the body sooooo much from a fascial perspective. Sure enough, I have felt and experienced the benefits for myself!

Being tongue-tied doesn't just have to do with babies, in fact, it's a genetic thing...so odds are you and/or your partner are tongue-tied yourselves.

*But no worries, it's never too late to release your tongue-tie!*
