By connecting your mind to your body you are creating new wiring in your brain to help speed up the connections in your body.

When you are beginning your visualization practice, ask yourself questions like:

  • What does being healthy mean to you?
  • What does being healthy feel like to you?
  • What does being healthy look like to you?

The next time you go to do your movement practice or eat a nourishing meal, be grateful for the healthy moments in your day and recognize that it's helping you become even healthier.
