When women come to me looking to heal their pelvic floor, they are completely overwhelmed.

They don't know where to start, nothing they've tried has worked, or they've lost all hope for their body.

>>I have seen pelvic floor dysfunction take women's confidence away, but with this one tip, they are able to feel empowered in their bodies.<<

What I preach to the women who listen to my podcast, join me on Facebook Live, or are going through any of my programs is to stop gripping their glutes. By doing this, you are then able to relax your pelvic floor and start feeling proper deep core activation.

>>It's amazing what we are able to discover about the body when we bring a little awareness to it.<<

Below are 3 things to remember when you begin to UNgrip your glutes:

  1. Untuck your booty to stop putting unnecessary pressure on your low back.
  2. Lengthen tall through the top of your head to create space through your spine.
  3. Activate your hamstrings to help support your glutes and pelvis.

*This habit isn't going to get changed overnight! Through awareness and consistency, I believe that anything is possible for your body.*

Now, it’s time to put this tip into action so you can start relaxing your pelvic floor!
