A Thank You Note For The Dysfunction

To the pain that made me irritated, left me doubt, or feel hopeless: THANK YOU.

I want to thank every health setback.

THANK YOU:

  • for the knee pain,
  • for the unnecessary surgeries,
  • for the hip popping,
  • for the mold toxicity,
  • for the overexercising,
  • for the umbilical hernia,
  • for the allergies, 
  • for all the mornings I woke up with brain fog, and
  • for the negative thoughts that went through my head.

>>I want to say thank you to every obstacle that has affected my health...Because it has made me a healthier version of myself.<<

My ability to train clients online, record a podcast, or show up for group coaching? I am able to help women in the way that I do because I believe in the body's ability to heal.

*And I know you can do it too, friend.*

So I will thank the dysfunction, setbacks, and injuries, and so should you, Beautiful.

You see, those experiences shape the future of our health.

And as far as I'm concerned, it's never too late to enhance the way you feel.

Continue to learn and discover something new about your body because that is where the magic happens.
