Do THIS to Release and Relax Your Pelvic Floor

What most people don’t know is that when healing your pelvic floor, you have to bring awareness to releasing and relaxing your pelvic floor muscles.

Because as much as you want quick results (whether it to stop peeing your pants, reduce pelvic pain, get back to running or anything else), the reality is that without releasing and relaxing your pelvic floor, you won't ever heal it! Not effectively, anyway.

That's why you have to make the conscious decision to RELAX your pelvic floor... You need to check in with how you are holding your body throughout the day, and that involves a lot of work.

Healing your pelvic floor involves...

  • Incorporating movement to align your body
  • Learning proper movement techniques
  • Breathwork
  • Visualization
  • Nutrition to enhance gut health
  • Decreasing stress
  • Training your brain to be more intuitive
  • Adaptability to learn new habits

And most of all, it involves a LOT of time and patience.

This is why I love sharing ways you can begin to heal your pelvic floor because it creates a ripple effect.
