What most people don’t know is that when healing your pelvic floor, you have to bring awareness to releasing and relaxing your pelvic floor muscles.
Because as much as you want quick results (whether it to stop peeing your pants, reduce pelvic pain, get back to running or anything else), the reality is that without releasing and relaxing your pelvic floor, you won't ever heal it! Not effectively, anyway.
That's why you have to make the conscious decision to RELAX your pelvic floor... You need to check in with how you are holding your body throughout the day, and that involves a lot of work.
