1. CELERY JUICE
Juice your celery juice with my favorite juicer the Hurom HP Slow Juicer (super easy to use and clean!).
2. BONE BROTH
Kettle and Fire is one of my favorites!
3. GRASS FED BUTTER
4. BULLETPROOF COFFEE
Fresh brew the coffee, then blend with butter and brain octane for 60 seconds (I use a handheld blender) then add collagen and mix briefly. Enjoy!
My daily routine always consists of adrenal and thyroid supplemental support, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Methylated Vitamin B12.

8. CAMOMILE TEA
Drink about 30 minutes before heading to bed! I enjoy Traditional Medicinals Organic Chamomile with lavender.
9. DARK CHOCOLATE!
Look for at least 70% dark chocolate, low in sugar, a good amount of iron and fiber.
10. FOODS WITHOUT GLUTEN!
I'd say avoid but I try to keep from restricting and focus on what you can do. Gluten causes inflammation of the body and more importantly the gut. It can also cause tears in the lining of the gut which can prevent our body from absorbing optimal nutrition from the healthy foods we eat.
