Are your limiting beliefs holding you back?

You might be thinking, “No Erica I don’t do that,” or, “No Erica I have no idea what you're talking about.”

But I encourage you to reflect on if you’ve ever said to yourself:

  • I’m starting too late
  • There’s no hope
  • I don’t know how to
  • I’ll just live with it
  • There’s not enough time
  • It will take too long
  • This is too hard
  • This is too much
  • I’ve tried before
  • It won’t work for me

These are toxic ideas.

Because whether they’re true or not, by telling yourself these stories, you’re willingly placing limits on yourself.

Your brain can only hold in so many thoughts at one time.
