Did you ever wish that one day your knees would stop popping?

I know growing up I thought this as I dealt with severe knee pain that even the doctors couldn't fix.

Which is why I'm so excited to share with you that you don't have to live with your knees popping.

>>Knee popping occurs when there is an imbalance in the pelvis.<<

Knowing this, you can begin to strengthen the muscles that are needed to support the patella to improve the functionality of your daily life.

Knee popping is happening because of exactly that: not bringing awareness to how you hold your body in your daily life. Awareness to things such as how you get up and down from the ground, get in and out of a chair, go up and down the stairs, and even when you're doing your workouts.

Anyone (yes, even you!) can use awareness as a way to enhance the way you feel physically. The biggest hurdle to overcome is making this mindset shift, but I'm here to help!

Keep reading to learn some key things to bring awareness to when working to stop your knees from popping:

  • Is there balance between your hamstrings and glutes AND your knees?
  • Are you putting too much weight forward onto your knees and toes?
  • Are you doing exercises (or standing) with tucked booty?
  • Can you activate your pelvic floor?
  • Is there balance between your outer hips and inner thighs?

To see these tips in action, take a look at my video below where I break down how everything in the body is connected ESPECIALLY when it comes to your knees popping!

I hope this helped you so that you can move throughout your daily life without pain.
