How To Create A Consistent Movement Practice

lifestyle Apr 15, 2021

Do you wish you could get more consistent with your movement practice? *I see you nodding your head, beautiful!*

Of course, it would be great if we all had a personal trainer to get our booty's to the gym every day...but most of the time as busy mamas, it lies in our hands to show up for our health!

If this is the case for you, too, then you’re probably already familiar with struggling to find time in your day to workout.

So today, I want to give you 3 ways to ensure you get some movement in your day straight from an exercise specialist herself!

1. Making Movement Practice a Priority

Begin to view your movement practice as a priority instead of a to-do. This mindset shift plays a major role when it comes to what you have to get done vs. what you get to do.

2. Schedule It In Your Calendar

Penciling in your calendar just 10-15 minutes for your movement practice on a daily basis can equal HUGE results.

3. Don’t Stress

Whether you were able to move your body for 5 minutes or 30 minutes, give yourself grace and know that you're doing the best you can!

There you have it, friend! Which tip are you going to try today?
