Getting Started With Dry Brushing

wellness Aug 11, 2021

Do you want to improve your body's ability to detox?

*Oh, I feel you!*

Currently, one of the best ways to stimulate your body's lymphatic system is through dry brushing.

Dry brushing is a gentle way to exfoliate your skin using a firm-bristled brush. Get my favorite dry brush here!

>>Along with encouraging blood flow, it can also get rid of dry skin and restore firmness.<<

Here are 5 tips to keep in mind while you're dry brushing:

  1. Brush in long, fluid strokes starting at the feet.
  2. Use gentle pressure and brush towards your heart.
  3. Connect with your core before you begin brushing your belly to stimulate the fascia.
  4. When you're done, apply a natural oil and let it soak in for 10-minutes.
  5. Brush a couple of times a week before you hop in the shower.

*Friend, your skin is about to thank you!*

By adding in this self-care routine, you'll be able to improve your overall health while rejuvenating the way your body feels.
