We also teach you Erica’s Push Prep Method which has helped thousands of women have a better labor + delivery experience with minimal to no tearing. We don’t just stop there. We are here to help you through the fog of postpartum as well!
Throughout your membership, you will find tutorials to explain Erica’s methods + techniques along with what makes them so effective. You have access to over 8 hours of workouts ranging in intensity so no matter what your body type, fitness level or what you’re in the mood for that day, there's a workout for you! All of the workouts are bump safe and include modifications.
One of the BEST and MOST IMPORTANT features of the membership is our AMAZING support group led by Erica Ziel and Annie Tinker. They are both there to help answer your questions, eliminate or minimize your pregnancy anxiety and help guide you through your entire pregnancy journey!
