Know Your Hydration ABC's

I am sure that I am not the first to tell you that you need to drink lots of water throughout the day, and it's true! Hydrating your body is so important when looking at it from the inside out. But in this video, I want to bring awareness to other ways that you can keep your body hydrated through our hydration ABC's...

A | A LOT of water

B | Bone Broth

C | Chia Seeds / Celery JuiceCollagen

Now that you know your ABC's, take a look at my two chia seed pudding recipes below to boost your energy and keep you hydrated! 

Mixing in the blueberries adds a natural sweetener so you don't have to add more maple syrup than you need to!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Banana 
  • 1 ½ Cup of Coconut Milk 
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract 
  • 2 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup 
  • ½ cup of Chia Seeds 
  • ½ cup of Organic Wild Blueberries 
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • Blend the banana, coconut milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup and cinnamon in a blender for approximately one minute 
  • Add the chia seeds and stir until thoroughly mixed 
  • Pour into one serving size dishes and place in the fridge 
  • Let it sit for one hour, remove and add the blueberries 
  • Place back in the fridge and let it cool for an additional hour 
  • Garnish with blueberries and serve cold
  • Enjoy!! 

I LOVED the flavor of this pudding, but I personally I prefer the texture of NOT blending in the chia seeds.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Coconut Milk 
  • 2 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 
  • ½ cup Organic Wild Blueberries 
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder 
  • ½ cup Chia Seeds 
  • Chocolate Shavings 

Instructions: 

  • Blend the coconut milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cocoa powder, blueberries and chia seeds in a blender for one to two minutes
  • Pour into one serving size dishes and place in the fridge 
  • Let them sit for two hours 
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve cold
  • Enjoy!!
