The training tips are 2-minute videos designed to help improve your form and connect with your body by incorporating a combination of awareness, visualization and mindfulness into your daily routine.
Each week I give you one item to focus on. As you move throughout your day as well as through your workouts that week, I want you to begin incorporating the tips + tricks I give you in the 2-minute training video. Don’t under-estimate the power of these training tips! They can be a complete game-changer because the smallest changes can create the biggest results!
While Core STUDIO can be helpful, I do recommend doing Core REHAB first because it's designed specifically to help women improve and heal diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, aches and pains and more. Core STUDIO is designed for you AFTER you've gone through Core REHAB.
