TURKEY PANINI

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of gluten-free bread
  • Sliced turkey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp avocado mayo or crushed avocados
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion
  • Other sliced veggies you want to add (a turkey panini can be anything you want it to be!)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Spread the mayo or avocado on the inside of the bread
  2. Add the turkey, bacon and other veggies you want on your panini
  3. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper
  4. Spread the butter on the outer two sections of the bread
  5. Place on a hot skillet and grill until golden brown on each side
  6. You can pair it with your favorite soup, sweet potato chips or just enjoy solo
