LENTIL BONE BROTH SOUP

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp of your favorite salsa
  • 1/2 cup dry organic split peas
  • 1 package zucchini noodles
    • Can also use butternut squash noodles
  • 2 containers of organic beef bone broth

Preparation:

  1. Saute the butter, garlic, salsa, salt and pepper in a large pot for 4 minutes 
  2. Add the bone broth, split pease and zucchini noodles
  3. Stir until soup is thoroughly mixed
  4. Let simmer over medium heat for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally
  5. Once soup is done, serve with shaved parmesan or sliced avocado
