Designed to help teach Pilates & fitness instructors, strength & conditioning coaches, PT's, movement specialists, and those looking to enter the industry how to achieve better results for your clients, especially those with pelvic floor dysfunction, back pain, and diastasis recti. This course is based off of Erica Ziel's Core Rehab Program which has helped thousands of women get back to living their active life pain-free, with more functional movement + strength, and no longer having to worry about peeing their pants. This program has also helped better rehabilitate clients/patients, improved sports performance in athletes, and increased true core strength for both women AND men.
The Core Athletica Rehab course is full of so many scientifically proven principles that are not out in mainstream fitness or sports training/rehab and they need to be. What I learned in these courses has completely changed how I not only move my own body, but how I train my clients/athletes and rehabilitate my patients. Fully understanding and utilizing the fascia and breath is a game changer and everyone needs to better understand this. You will come away from this course with a whole new outlook on how the human body moves and how to make it more functional, while creating programs that are more effective to make your clients stronger and able to live an active, pain free life. I think every Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Coach, and even all Healthcare Providers should take this course. This information needs to be spread. It would change how we move and decrease our day to day aches and pains.
Level 1 is over 25 hours of course work including; educational videos, movement videos, reading material, live group calls, and physical movement practice.
Level 1 is a foundation course designed to enhance your current training and learn how to begin teaching your private and small group clients the basics and foundations of Erica's Core [Athletica] Rehab methods.
