Ingredients:
- 2 cups bone broth
- 1-2 eggs
- ½ tbsp. Turmeric
- Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Add bone broth, turmeric, sea salt and pepper in a small pan on medium heat over the stove, stir.
- Mix the egg(s) in a separate container.
- Once the bone broth begins to bubble, slowly add the mixed egg through a slotted spoon and it will cook as it hits the hot broth.
- Keep stirring to be sure the egg is well cooked, then remove from heat.
Allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
