Each module includes all the resources you need for each phase of your journey back to vibrant health and incredible confidence, including:

Phase 1: Posture

Let’s start at the beginning - posture is a simple, powerful adjustment you can make to see almost immediate improvement of symptoms. You’ll learn the easy techniques for balanced posture that can ease strain on your lower back and neck, giving you access to relief right away.

Phase 2: Hips/Pelvis

Next, you’ll move on to the core of most pain and dysfunction: your hips and pelvis. By addressing this foundation, you’ll learn how to connect at a deeper level with your deep core, including your pelvic floor. Everything that comes after will build on this foundation, so make sure to take your time with this module!

Phase 3: Ribcage/Midback

Many women tell me this is when they feel they truly “wake up!”. You’ll move on to powerful breathwork, relieving stagnant tension that has been contributing to chronic neck, shoulder and back pain.

Phase 4: Rotation

Rotation is about balance, optimizing the flow of energy through your body, and maximizing “space” to offset compression of nerves, joints and spine. In this module, you’ll learn simple rotation techniques to take your health to the next level.

Phase 5: Planking

Planking is essential for connecting through your core, strengthening and lengthening your body and creating even greater stability. If planking seems intimidating, though don’t worry - I teach at several levels, so you can consistently improve without straining.

Phase 6: Flexion

Proper flexion is essential for getting up and down without straining your pelvic floor, back and neck. In this module, you’ll discover simple flexion techniques that actually strengthen your core correctly, so you can get back to the activities you used to enjoy!

MEET ERICA ZIEL

Erica Ziel B.S., CPT, is a mom of three, published author, Pilates instructor and nutrition coach with over 15 years experience working with woman of all ages. She is also the creator of The Core Rehab Program.


Having experienced the frustrations of healing abdominal separation herself along with working with a lot of other women who benefited greatly from her holistic deep core and fascial training, she knew this program was something she had to create.
