Hosted by Erica Ziel (creator of Knocked-Up Fitness®) and Annie Tinker (your Knocked-Up Fitness® Coach). Each workshop will be about 90-minutes long and full of amazing content and discussion! We have designed and scheduled our workshops to be as convenient and accommodating as possible, especially for all you busy mamas!  We are also committed to facilitating an open and encouraging environment, as we want everyone to feel welcome to join the discussion and ask any questions along the way.  The workshop topics and schedules are listed below.

With her endless research and own self-discovery, she has become a trailblazer for the prenatal and postnatal community.

Annie Tinker

Annie is a Knocked-Up Fitness® Prenatal and Postnatal Specialist, a Core Exercise Specialist plus a BirthDoula and new mom! A personal trainer before getting into Prenatal training, she noticed a lack of options for her, then pregnant, sisters and needed to change that! "I love helping moms stay fit, healthy and prepare for birth even when they have little to no time."
