  • Salad greens of your choice
  • 1/2 -1 grilled chicken breast
  • ¼ cup cooked quinoa
  • Olives
  • Any additional veggies you want to add
  • 1/8 cup Marcona almonds
  • 1/4-1/2 avocado
  • Lemon basil balsamic dressing 

Optional Items: 

  • To make vegetarian, replace chicken with more almonds and avocado
