Q: Does the Knocked-Up Fitness Membership have workouts that will fit my activity level?

A: Absolutely! The workouts vary from breath work to kettle bell and TRX workouts so whatever your body is craving that day, there is a workout for you!

Q: Does the Knocked-Up Fitness Membership address diastasis recti while pregnant?

A: Yes! In my membership, I teach mamas how to safely and effectively engage their deep core while pregnant which will help minimize and in most cases prevent diastasis recti from developing.

Q: Are the workouts and tutorials online or do you send me the DVDs?

A: All of the tutorials, workouts, nutrition information, etc. are all online so as long as you have an internet connection, you can access it anytime from anywhere! 

Q: If I am further along in my pregnancy, is it too late to join the Knocked-Up Fitness Membership?

A: It is NEVER too late to begin strengthening your core! It doesn't matter how far along you are in your pregnancy, there are workouts, tutorials, my Push Prep Method and SO much more that will help you stay active, feel your best during pregnancy and prepare your for the labor and delivery phase of your pregnancy. 

Q: If I have questions during my pregnancy, is there someone I can contact?

A: Absolutely! With the Knocked-Up Fitness Membership, you have access to our exclusive Facebook group that is composed of mamas just like you in every stage of their pregnancy that can help answer all of your questions! You also have access to the Knocked-Up Fitness coaches - Erica Ziel and Annie Tinker - who will help guide you through every step of your pregnancy. 

Q: Is there a monthly commitment if I join the Knocked-Up Fitness Membership?

A: No, there is no monthly commitment so you can join for 10+ months or just one month.

Q: How do I cancel my Knocked-Up Fitness Membership?

A: You can login to your account and cancel your membership yourself OR you can email us at [email protected] and we will cancel your membership for you. Please allow 72 hours for your membership to cancel prior to your next billing cycle or you may be charged for the following month. (We receive A LOT of emails and do our absolute best to get to everything the same day during the week. Emails sent on the weekends may not be sent until the following Monday).
