CITRUS SLAW MAHI MAHI

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ono/white fish filet
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Freshly squeezed lemon

Preparation:

  1. Let the fish sit for about 15 minutes at room temperature before cooking
  2. Lightly cover with extra virgin olive oil
  3. Mix together the sea salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, paprika, lemon juice and season fish
  4. Place directly on grill
  5. Grill on high heat for 8-10 minutes on each side

Serve with Citrus Slaw over a bed of greens, with rice and beans or as tacos with corn tortillas and enjoy.
