BLUEBERRY GREEN SMOOTHIE

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces Water
  • 1 scoop Protein Superfood
    • Recommend the Original
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1-2 Tbsp Brain Octane or MCT Oil (if you drinking in the am and NOT also having a Bulletproof coffee or tea) 

Optional Items:

  • Add 1 scoop of Collagen Powder (only if you are not adding it to anything else during your day) 

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients blend well
